What's new in Perception9 Paranormal's coverage of the Paranormal, Supernatural and Unexplained

Perception9 Paranormal - offering a different approach and fresh thinking to all things paranormal.

Much has happened since our last news update. We started out as a website and forum on the paranormal and supernatural but we have now also become an accepted voice within media circles concerning the paranormal and unexplained, not just on ghosts and hauntings but on the whole range of our coverage. The latest aspect, at the time of writing, being about UFO and alien sightings. Various members of the Perception9 Paranormal team are regularly being quizzed and questioned - on podcasts, radio and tv. Added to that, we frequently receive requests to help in research and we often get 'our brains picked' or provide source material for many different forms of media. This is all to do with the growing breadth of expertise that we can provide. Having said that, we must add that we are the first to admit that we don't know it all - but we are prepared to listen and continue to learn.

We have quite varied areas of research that are currently on Perception. Two examples: We have a large group of Members researching EVP communication with ghosts and spirits - ever questioning if the captures are real. Just as useful is the discussions about the different EVP methods and equipment being used ... and whether contact is being made with other entities other than ghosts and spirits. We have quite involved research taking place on the question of Shadow People. This is an aspect of the paranormal that has always been around but for some reason, Shadow People are being more and more regularly seen - appearing to be coming out of the shadows on occasions.

Along with the study that the website is doing, we have quite a number of Members who are very involved in their own areas of research and who we are fortunate enough to call on for their insight and expertise.

It is also a lot to do with the fact that we approach all that we do in a down-to-earth way and we don't just accept but continually question. This is not new but it is something that is now part and parcel of the way we do things - a bit of 'hype' is great but we have found that unless a subject like the paranormal is seriously questioned and looked into - it won't be taken seriously. We appreciate just how seriously it needs to be taken when we get the number of requests for help or information that we now receive. (More on that later.)

Perception9 Paranormal is now to be found on Google and FaceBook - this has been very helpful in networking with similarly minded groups, organisations and individuals. Our partnering up with paranormal investigation groups is not new but our partnerships now extend to writers and experts in various fields of the paranormal and the supernatural. This is opening up really first class networks for our members and opening two way channels of informed information. It is a growing area in what Perception9 Paranormal does. We welcome any enquiries from genuine and outward looking individuals, groups, covens or societies who might wish to partner up with us.

About our partnerships:
Groups and partners can form from within the Perception9 Paranormal membership, benefitting from all the help and guidance that we offer. Existing websites and groups will be warmly welcomed as partners. All the facilities of the website are freely at the disposal of all partners and we can add pages in our 'Groups and Partners' area exclusively for any partner's use as well as an exclusive area on our forum. We firmly believe in the idea of a paranormal network - bringing a wealth of expertise, information and help, which is freely available to everyone. The Benefits of Partnering:
We are finding that our partnering with others who cover the paranormal is becoming more and more helpful to those looking for help. Whether it is help in studying the paranormal and supernatural or help required because phenomena is being experienced - if Perception9 Paranormal cannot directly be of assistance, we have a growing network of informed contacts who we can involve. To illustrate this, over the past month, we have received in excess of 400 enquiries for help. These are 'behind the scenes' email contacts and do not show in the forum or on our site pages. A number of these we have resolved directly. With others, we have involved our networked experts, depending on which area of the subject needed attention. A number of others we have referred through to a partner group, local to the enquirer, for 'on the spot' appraisal and action.


Getting Help with the Paranormal:
We would like to encourage everyone with a request for help to join Perception9 Paranormal and use the anonimity of a user-name to post their enquiry on the forum. We do this as it helps yet more people to see that they are not alone and do have a place to discuss their problem - and to be helped with sympathy and respect. We also know that many cannot bring themselves to do this - that is absolutely no problem at all - simply use the Perception9 Paranormal Contact Page and email us. Perception9 Members have taken to putting their stamp on the site as well as providing experiences and articles; Perception9 Paranormal is also achieving its other ambition of being a member driven website.
