This is an interesting one. I thought it was someone messing about with a glow stick until he zoomed out enough so you can see the houses

Suddenly a new invention comes to mind ...a glow-in-the-dark toilet seat that you can find in the middle of the night. Don't ask my why I thought of THAT!

They would sell like hotcakes ... the only problem might be that the glow would come off the cheaper ones then we'd get reports ghostly bums walking about at night.

Hmm that is an odd vid as it does look like its in the sky. I prefer the amateur vids as I always feel it is more plausible than vids in perfect quality
